Shipping Coverage
We ship most eligible products within Peninsular Malaysia.
Shipping availability may depend on the product type, size and delivery location.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on most products within Peninsular Malaysia.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment.
Aquarium Tanks & Fragile Products
Aquarium tanks and other fragile glass products are carefully packed to help reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Due to the size, weight and fragile nature of aquarium tanks, shipping availability may vary depending on the tank size and delivery destination.
East Malaysia
Aquarium tanks are generally not suitable for standard shipping to Sabah and Sarawak.
Selected products or special orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact Onnets Aqua Design before placing an order if you require delivery to East Malaysia.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders will be prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, product size, delivery destination and courier or transport arrangements.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Damaged Delivery
If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact Onnets Aqua Design as soon as possible.
Please provide clear photos or videos showing the parcel packaging, shipping label and damaged product so that we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
